Ronald McDonald House of Long Island

The mission of the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) is to provide families with sick children the care and resources they need to get well and to be close to each other. The RMH provides the parents and siblings of these children with a temporary haven in a safe and comfortable environment. RMH of Long Island is located on the campus of the Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York.

AMR Electric's involvement with the charity - the project was completed at-cost as part of AMR's continuing dedication to the community. All labor was donated to the Ronald McDonald house, which now houses four local Long Island families in need.

AMR worked together with celebrity interior designer Robin Baron. Ms. Baron has been featured on HGTV, Bravo, and NBC's Open House, and in House Beautiful, Elle Decor, The Wall Street Journal, among many other publications.
